I bought one of these ParaMilitary blades a few months ago, and I have been impressed. Did I say smooth? I can place my forefinger in the opening hole, and "flick" the blade open. It locks with authority. The G-10 anchors in the hand (wet or dry), and the CPM-S30V is SHARP...and stays that way. The ergonomics are excellent, and best of all, the folder is exceptionally light. You can carry it without even thinking about it. Highly recommended.

The Para-Military is my favourite Spyderco but I have only ever owned serrated versions. Today I received my first plain edge - the new DigiCamo with black blade version. What a beauty! The Digicamo is really very attractive, using 'ghost' G-10 as its basis. This give it a translucent quality which is really appealing. Everything else about the Para retains its appeal - the light weight, superior locking system and razor sharp S30V blade. I'm extremely pleased with it.
