This two stage electric knife sharpener features advanced Hybrid Technology. Combines electric and manual "Cris-Cross" sharpening technology. Uses 100% diamond abrasives in both stages. Stage 1: Electric sharpeneing uses diamond abrasives to create the first bevel. Stage 2: Manual MicroHoning uses micron size diamond to create the second bevel for a razor sharp, durable edge.
