Spyderco C101PYL2 Manix 2. A recipe for folding knife success: Start with hard-use rated lock. Add a blade made of Premium Magnacut steel. Manufacture it in Golden, Colorado using precise tolerances then add a healthy dash of American innovation. These ingredients are the Manix 2; a concoction of solo features and when combined, make one of the strongest knives from Spyderco to date. Patented by Spyderco, the Manix 2 has a Ball Bearing Lock. It's a hardened free-floating ball bearing contained in a custom hi-tech polymer cage. The round ball bearing allows the lock to self adjust across a large surface, smoothly and consistently locking-up with solid confidence. Evolving over time, the Ball Bearing Lock's strength withstands hard work with a secure, versatile and comfortable grip. Ergonomics are peerless in this design. The blade is Premium Magnacut steel and flat-ground with aggressive thumb serrations (jimping) above a super sized 14mm Spyderco Round Hole. The jimping doesn't stop there. With full steel liners, the scales have jimping that extends beyond the Yellow FRN handle scales scalloping areas of the handle's perimeter. This one is not slipping out of your hand and works well with gloves on. The liners pull double purpose by adding rigidly and lightweight strength to the handle. Spyderco Endura 4 Lightweight Sprint Run Full Flat Ground with Bright Blue FRN Handle Scales First produced in the 1980's, the Spyderco Endura was one of the first knives to feature a pocket clip and it's light weight made it easier to carry than the sheath knives that were typical then. Now in it's 4th generation, the Delica has been tweaked and improved so now there are variations to meet nearly any users needs. The Endura 4 lightweight is distinguished by its skeletonized steel liners and fiberglass reinforced nylon (FRN) handle. This variant features a full flat ground plain edge blade of  black titanium carbonitride (TiCN)  S335VN stainless steel.   Obverse of blade marked with serial number, TNP (for "The Nutnfancy Project) and date of 12/2021.  The blade locks via a sturdy back lock that provides a secure lock up and allows for easy lock release with either hand.   Designed by renowned French custom knifemaker and martial artist Fred Perrin, the Subway Bowie is an ultra-compact but remarkably capable fixed-blade knife. Its straight-clipped Bowie-style blade is saber ground from ultra-corrosion-resistant LC200N and has a matte black finish.
