Price Match Guarantee

Here at New Graham Knives we strive to have the best prices in the industry, and to back that up we are now offering a Price Match Guarantee.

If you find a product that one of our competitors has in stock for a lower, shipped price than what we offer please shoot us an email or give us a call. If you can send us an email with a link to the competitor's item then it will make it that much quicker for us to confirm it.

Now, we can't price match against some guy who is selling knives of questionable pedigree out of his car at the swap meet, and we can't match the auction sites. But if you find the item at one of the other legitimate online knife dealers, or even a chain store that sells cutlery, then let us know and we'll do everything we can to match the price.

In cases of discontinued products, or if a competitor is having a blowout or inventory reduction sale we will take that on a case by case basis and see what we can do. We can only lose money on so many knives before there will be angry office folks in here asking questions.

There are also some websites out there who don't have a physical location and drop ship everything the sell instead of keeping an actual inventory. We've got to keep the lights on in our brick and mortar store, and carrying an actual inventory comes with some carrying costs. So in those cases we may not be able to match their prices, but we'll still take a look and see what we can do.
