Kershaw 1190 Kapsule The Kapsule is easy to cut with, easy to carry, and easy on the eyes. Designed by Jens Ansø, this unique Kershaw opens with an out-the-front, manual sliding mechanism, securing the blade with a button lock. Its single-edge, spear point blade is safe and easy to use, making it an excellent box cutter. Despite its utility, the Kapsule doesnt look like a knife at first, a perfect non-threatening carry. The slider is highlighted with blue anodizing, and the glass-filled nylon handle features unique texturing. This simple, yet effective Kershaw delivers utility in a convenient, compact package. Hand produced in Klotzli's private shop for the defensive Swiss Border Guard, the Klötzli SBG 1 is a folding knife for the gentleman with tactical demands. Elegant and elegant again, the design of the German "Tactical Expert" Dietmar Pohl not only convinces visually, it is also extremely good in the hand. The shape of the machined titanium handle offers numerous possibilities to position the knife differently according to the use in the hand. The construction is extremely sturdy. The blade and handles are a bit thicker than normal Klötzli folding knives; This gives the knife more stability and allows more power in use. The hand-ground blade is made of Böhler N690 Steel and performs excellent and remains very sharp for a long time thanks to its high degree of hardness (59 HRC). The push-button lock fixes the blade open and is extremely easy to release by pressing down on the button.
