Equipped with the genes of the Boker Plus Mini Tracker, the full tang Vigtig is a uncompromising backup knife for nature-loving bushcrafters. The blade made of 1095 carbon steel and Scandi grind is coated with an abrasion-resistant powder coating that offers excellent corrosion protection. The contoured micarta handle scales provide a firm grip in any situation and are fitted with three hollow brass studs, which can also be used as a lanyard hole. Supplied with a custom-fit Kydex sheath and belt adapter.

The Mini Tanimboca Puukko is a great tool for making bushcraft items (utensils, kuksa, baskets, blow guns, etc. are all things that Goran had in mind with this), whittling around the fire, and even accomplishing some EDC uses.
This knife is smaller than most and has no guard (so use caution). The knife can be held close to the cutting edge and in multiple grips. If you like making things with your hands especially in the woods, this knife is going to be a must-have. It has the classic Puukko look, but in a much, much smaller package. The spine is ground to 90 degrees for scraping tasks. Well-rounded Black Canvas Micarta handles make the handle comfortable despite its size. The brown leather sheath is set up for a tip-down neck carry, but also has a loop that will fit most belts.
The Mini Tanimboca Puukko was designed by Goran Mihajlovic, who also designed the original one made by TOPS. Goran is originally from Serbia but grew up in Germany. He has lived in Colombia now for many years. He owns a nature reserve called Tanimboca that houses hundreds if not thousands of species of plant, animal, and insect. Throughout his entire life, he has been a knife user and enthusiast. In recent years he has begun making knives at his forge in the Amazon jungle. The characteristic design, the Tracker concept with two separate blades, the shock-resistant 1095 carbon steel and the remarkable price-performance ratio quickly made the Boker Plus Mini Tracker by Dave Wenger a top seller in the bushcraft and outdoor scene. While the front part of the Tracker's larger variants is primarily suitable for chopping and splitting, the blade shape of the smaller dimension of the new Boker Plus Micro Tracker shows completely different advantages and qualities. The Micro Tracker shares the advantages of the two grinding angles on one blade with its big brothers. In addition, the front half of the blade in the smaller format is excellent for working on a cutting board and the strong tip is excellent for opening boxes in everyday use. The small nose, which separates the two grinds, pulls powerfully into the cut in soft materials and is predestined for clipping cords, lines and belts. The field and 3D archer appreciates the compact dimensions, the powerful tip and the archaic appearance when working out mis-shot arrows. The Boker Plus Micro Trapper has the same indestructible materials and finish of the Mini Tracker. The three carefully recessed and chamfered hollow brass studs in the handle add a visual highlight.
