The ergonomically shaped handle is injection molded from virtually indestructible nylon. The grooves running lenghtwise on the handle are of sufficient depth and width to enable an extremely secure grip. Per Col. Applegate's instructions, steel weights are positioned carefully inside the handle to provide proper feal and balance.
