Woodman's Pal Machetes are the standard others are measured against and most often fail. A classic, handcrafted in Pennsylvania since 1941. MIL-SPEC LC-14-B Black powder coated 1075HC steel blade. Blade features a 2 1/2" chisel sharp sickle hook. Ash wood finger grooved handle with Urethane coating and hand-rubbed with beeswax for extra grip. Chops up to 1 & 1/2 diameter saplings with a single stroke. Fells larger trees and brush by consecutive notching. Leather cord Lanyard.
