$284.25Dietmar Kressler, one of Germany's most famous knifemakers, is Bokers partner in one of the most demanding and challenging projects Boker has ever introduced into the Boker Plus Series. The result was worth the long period of hard work - we are very proud to present the Boker Plus Kressler Subhilt Integral Fighter. The handguard, as well as the second hilt and handle butt are all an integral part of the knife, which is drop forged to the final shape. One solid piece of steel, without any separate parts like bolsters or guards. As an additional feature, we added a tapered tang. This complex and elaborate production procedure results in an extremely solid piece with a unique and noble appearance. As blade steel, we chose 440C stainless, which is well proven with its outstanding edge retention and corrosion resistance. Black canvas Micarta, fastened with stainless steel tubes, provides an excellent grip and an attractive contrast to the mirror polished surface. The second hilt provides an uncomparable safe and secure handling in any situation. The Kressler Subhilt Fighter is a real "Gesamtkunstwerk," which is absolutely unique within the world of production knives. The perfectly fitting Kydex sheath can be carried with the double-sided hook in the front trouser pocket, with the leather plate in the back pocket or with the ball chain as neck knife around the neck. The hook and plate also prevent the sheath from slipping out of the pocket when the knife is pulled, thus ensuring that the knife is always ready for use. In addition, the freely transportable backdrop can thus be carried just as comfortably and discreetly as a folding knife. $71.21The Boker Plus Leviathan is another collaboration between Boker and custom knife maker J.B. Stout. Stout's custom knives are some of the most sought after knives in the industry, and the Boker Leviathan offers a Stout design at a fraction of the price of one of his custom knives. The Leviathan's reverse Tanto blade is made from D2 tool steel, which offers good edge retention along with more toughness than most steels that are commonly seen in folding knives. Even though it is a high carbon tool steel, D2 has 10%-13% chromium which makes it a semi-stainless steel. The stonewashed stainless steel lock side scale is paired with a black G-10 show side scale on this model to save a bit of weight versus the standard all steel Leviathan.
