Ti-Lite tactical folders evoke the sleek speed and rebellious lines of the classic 1950's-styled switchblade. Unlike most switchblades however, they are legal to carry nearly everywhere. They feature American S35VN Alloy blades with DLC (Diamond Like Coating), razor sharp edges and sturdy, needle sharp points. The handles are made of high quality G-10. And for maximum strength and safety, Cold Steel has equipped the Ti-Lites with their patent pending, stainless steel leaf spring locks (proven, in their tests, to hold 130 lbs). For ease of carry, the Ti-Lites come equipped with a small, but unobtrusive steel pocket clip, and can be opened rapidly by using the thumb studs or by snagging a quillon on the edge of your pocket as you draw your knife out. We are grateful to custom knife maker, Phil Boguszewski, for his design influence and help in the creation of the Ti-Lites.

The Military™ 2 is a follow-up to the renowned Military Model™, designed specifically to meet the needs of those in service. The second-generation design boasts various improvements that make it an ideal cutting tool for duty-bound applications. In this version, the blade is coated with a stealthy Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) finish, ensuring zero reflection in operational environments where light discipline is crucial. To complement the blade's DLC coating, the handle's stainless steel liners, pocket clip, and hardware are also treated with matching black coatings. Available in all three edge configurations, this all-black rendition of the Military 2 represents the perfect balance between low profile aesthetics and exceptional performance.

When Spyderco introduced the first Sprint Run™ Shaman® combining the traditional look of brown canvas Micarta scales and CPM CRU-WEAR blade steel, we were overwhelmed by the response. Later dubbed “CruCarta,” this distinctive pairing of old-school, high-performance materials became an instant classic. To ensure we could meet customer demand when we applied the “CruCarta” treatment to other models, we decided to make them full-line products, not limited editions. We began with the Para Military 2 and are now proud to add four more USA-made models to this elite family. All feature skeletonized full stainless steel liners, slim brown canvas Micarta scales, and CPM CRU-WEAR tool steel blades that offer an outstanding balance of edge retention and toughness. The scales of all these knives are sanded smooth but left unpolished, so they will naturally patina with age and handling to develop their own unique character.

The best-selling Tenacious model is not only the flagship of Spyderco’s Value Folder line; it has also earned a rightful place as one of the most iconic folding knives we have ever produced. The second-generation Military 2 enhances the venerable Military model with the addition of a high-strength Compression Lock® mechanism and the versatility of a four-position pocket clip. This expression of it raises the bar even higher with a blade crafted from Spyderco’s proprietary CPM SPY27 steel. Starting with the time-tested alloy formula of VG-10 stainless steel, SPY27 increases the volumes of carbon, molybdenum, and vanadium and adds niobium and nitrogen. Crucible® Industries’ state-of-the-art particle metallurgy manufacturing process then ensures a uniform distribution of these alloys throughout the steel. The result is an extremely homogenous microstructure that maximizes the steel’s edge holding, toughness, and corrosion resistance. To further distinguish this knife as a member of Spyderco’s elite SPY27 family, its handle features peel-ply-textured G-10 scales in a signature cobalt-blue color.
