Chris Reeve Small Sebenza 31 Drop Point. S31-1001. LEFT HAND VERSION Sebenza means "work" in Zulu and these knives are intended to do just that. Macassar Ebony inlays are made from stabilized wood and profiled to fit precisely inside handle pockets. Macassar Ebony is a rare, highly figured hardwood, ranging from light to very deep brown, often appearing with stripes and unusual patterns. Wood Inlays are made from natural materials, so you can expect a variation in color and wood grain.  This third generation model features an easy-open thru-hole nail-nick, CPM MagnaCut 63-64 RC blade, and a combination of ultra-fine glass blasting and satin-polished finishes.

Buried and preserved in a peat bog for hundreds or sometimes thousands of years, Bog Oak's hues are deep brown to almost black wood.
