These features predestined the Texas Tooth Pick for a variety of tasks. From agricultural purposes such as taking samples to determine the quality of fruits and vegetables, to filleting fish, to the adrenaline-fueled duels of daredevil duelists, the gentleman's knife covered a wide spectrum. Boker Plus reinterprets the popular design and provides the Urban Texas Tooth Pick with the usual innovative performance. The flipper opens the ball-bearing VG-10 blade with Hairline finish silky smooth and spurs the daily cutting work. In contrast to its historical model, the Gentleman knife is reliably locked with a liner lock and thus significantly increases its suitability for everyday use. The curved black handle scales are made of textured G10 and ensure a perfect hand position as well as a modern look. The milled clip tip-up (r) has a stonewash finish. **ESEE knives are made from 1095 High Carbon Steel. While 1095 is a top choice for professional cutlery designed for hard use, it will rust and stain if not properly cared for, especially on the cutting edge and around the laser engraving. It is the user's responsibility to keep the blades properly lubricated and cleaned. ESEE Knives suggest using a dry film rust inhibitor such as Tuf-Glide or Tuf-Cloth. We use it here in the store and at home. Great stuff -
