Over the years they have continually refined their designs, discarding some features and enhancing others. Constantly striving to produce the best push knife in the world. This Safe Maker series represents the pinnacle of their learning, experience, testing, and development. The blades, shafts, and 'T' shaped tangs are fashioned from one solid piece of Japanese AUS8A Stainless Steel with a stone washed finish, and then subsequently vacuum heat treated and sub-zero quenched for added strength and performance. A textured Kray-Ex handle encapsulates the tang and part of the shaft for added comfort and security. Includes an easily concealable and sturdy Secure-Ex boot/belt sheath. Polished Natural Canvas Micarta handle slabs over a full tang construction attached with two nickel silver rivets and a barrel lanyard hole. The Bravo-1 Field knife comes with a leather sheath adjustable for multiply carry configurations. Overall length: 9" USA NOTE: CPM-3V is a tough and chip resistant tool steel. It is not a stainless steel. While more corrosion resistant than 1095 High Carbon it will stain and corrode. Keep the blade clean, dry and lightly oiled if you wish to try and preserve the finish. -
