The fixed knife is designed as an all-steel construction and features exciting details. Jimpings on the back of the edge-retaining D2 blade improve handling, while the nail nick and the pronounced ricasso add decorative accents. The flat handle of the Gekai gives a comfortable feel in the hand and has two large recesses at the end of the handle that save weight and can be used as a lanyard hole. Supplied with a custom-fit Kydex sheath and a belt adapter.

It is the user's responsibility to keep the blades properly lubricated and cleaned. ESEE Knives suggest using a dry film rust inhibitor such as Tuf-Glide or Tuf-Cloth.
